Refund policy

We are in the business of selling pre-owned handbags, small leather goods and accessories. Conditions of the items are fully disclosed and described on our website via the images and detailed text description. We advice that before buying the product(s) on our website, make sure that the condition are fully understood and accepted by the buyer.

* Please note that the color of the item may appear differently on your screen due to variations in monitor settings. Actual colors may vary slightly.

Kindly note of the following:

  • Returns are not valid on items bought via installment (TAMARA, TABBY).
  • Returns are not accepted on items bought on SALE.
  • Non-returnable items are selected items that do not qualify for returns and cancellations. Such items mention “No returns on this item” on the item page.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 5-day return policy, from the date of receipt of the item upon meeting the following conditions:

  1. Returns are accepted if the item(s) bought were deemed to be unauthentic (proof of being unauthentic to be provided by the buyer), damaged, or does not match the description on the website. 
  2. Returns are subject to 100 AED cancellation fee.
  3. Please ensure the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, as well as any other item(s) included in packaging such as dust bags, cards, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Buyers are obligated to arrange for return of the item(s) via courier, at the Buyer's expense, to Madison Passion Luxe Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.
  5. Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you happen to receive the wrong item.

Exchanges
We do not offer EXCHANGE services on any orders.

Refunds

  1. Strictly no CANCELLATION or REFUNDS for orders made via TABBY or TAMARA!!
  2. Refunds are processed 7-14 business days once the returned item has been received by us and checked for Quality & Condition.
  3. All prepaid orders (Credit Card/Debit Card, ApplePay) are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.
  4. The refund amount includes 100% of the value of the item but does not include the shipping fee, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider.
