We offer free delivery anywhere in the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah) except in remote areas.

Shipping rates starts at 100 AED (approx. 22 USD) - via DHL Express

Rest of the world

Shipping rates starts at 180 AED (approx. 50 USD) - via DHL Express

DELIVERY PERIOD:

For UAE customers, orders will be processed within 24hrs. Items will be delivered after 2-3 business days. For orders done on Fridays & Weekends, orders shall be dispatched from Mondays. No deliveries during Sundays & UAE Public holidays.

GCC & International shipping

Orders will be processed within 48hrs. Items will be delivered after 5-7 business days. For orders done on Fridays, orders shall be dispatched from Mondays. No orders shall be dispatch on Sundays & UAE Public holidays.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

Customs and Duties are to be paid at the time of clearance once the item reaches the destination country. You will be contacted by the courier company to make the payment.

Customs and Duties taxes are levied by the customs officials based on the value, category, type of the item(s) purchased. The amount of duties differs for all countries. You may seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the Duties & Taxes applicable on Imports in your country.

If you refuse to make the payment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package and the cost to return the package back to the UAE. These charges shall be deducted from the amount due to you for the item(s) purchased.
